At this stage you'll also need to determine what type of house is the right house for you. There are several things to consider:

Do you expect any more additions to your family?
What is the travel time to work?
What is the neighborhood like?
How close to shopping do I want to be?
What school district will I be in?
How many bedrooms do I require?

The list goes on and on, so please write down any questions you may have and share them with your realtor. By doing this you will cut down the travel/looking time and be able to present an offer for your home faster. If you have all these things covered, you can view all the current listings here.
